Ingredients
- 1 Tbs agar agar powder
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup rice malt syrup
- ½ cup chia seeds, soaked in
- ½ cup water
- Pinch salt
Method
- Add all ingredients except chia seeds into a small pot and bring to the boil. Keep boiling for 15 minutes and remove from heat. Stir through chia seeds and then pour into a large silicone mould or smaller shaped moulds.
- Leave to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Refrigerate and cut to serve as needed.
